Patients are seen by appointment only. Exquisite Dentistry is closed on weekends, major holidays and when we are away at continuing education programs. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office with at least a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment. Another patient who needs our care could be schedule if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that emergencies do occur, but we ask for your assistance in this regard. If you do not call to cancel prior to 24 Hours and fail to show as scheduled, you will be charged a fee starting at a minimum of $50.00 and maximum of $75.00 (depending on type of visit) for a broken appointment.
Despite careful scheduling, emergencies can cause delays. We try our very best to stay on time. If your appointment time is affected due to an unforeseen patient emergency, we’ll try to notify you. We know that your time is valuable too. You will receive the same quality dental care no matter how our schedule is running.
We value your time and your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and that you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges.
If you have a dental emergency please call our office immediately at 781-665-9455. If you call after-hours, there will be an emergency contact number on the answering machine that you may call to reach one of our doctors.
Payment is required at time of service. We accept most major insurance plans and will bill your insurance company. Most insurance plans require the patient to pay an annual deductible and a certain percentage of the fee (co-payment) for each procedure. Your deductible or co-payment can be paid by cash, check or credit card. We will be happy to discuss any financial aspects of your treatment before it is initiated.

This service offers the convenience of a credit card (for health care purchases) with the added benefit of 3-18 month, interest free financing. Care Credit also offers a 60 month, low interest loans for treatment plans over $1,000. This is our most flexible and convenient financing option. Dental Insurance Policies
We file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you do. Therefore, we are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We will assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment, but we cannot guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Ultimately, payment to our office remains your responsibility, regardless of how much your insurance does or does not pay. For extensive treatments, most insurance companies require pretreatment estimates. We’ll be happy to supply any information your dental insurance carrier needs and help you receive the maximum benefits.
